FEASTERVILLE TREVOSE PA Home for Sale

Hard to find 3 bed, 3 bath ranch in Neshaminy School District. This house has been meticulously kept and it shows. Custom built in 1995 with full finished basement and emergency egress. As you enter the house you are immediately welcomed by the open space and natural light due to the vaulted ceilings and skylights. The dining room has a set of sliding glass doors that open to a large deck and stone patio. The entire house has gorgeous wood like vinyl floors. The kitchen boasts maple cabinets, granite countertops, breakfast counter and glass backsplash. Down the hall we have the hall bathroom (full) and 2 bedrooms, and around the corner is the master bedroom with walk-in closet and full bathroom. The basement is an amazing space, with custom wood finishes, doors and storage, divided into two separate areas by a set of french doors for sound. The first area is set up as a family room with sofa, TV and enough space for a small table and work out equipment, from there you can go to the laundry room, full bathroom or up and out to the back yard via the steps and bilco doors. The second area of the basement is set up as a pool hall with built in benches and custom built in wet bar with mini fridge, beer meister and T.V. slot. The basement has several casement windows for natural light. Central air and electric heat pump. Great corner property with some of the area enclosed by vinyl fencing. Must see.
