I am a husband, a father, a grandfather, a REALTOR, an Army veteran, a 100+ pint blood donor, a community volunteer, a former triathlete, a photograher, a West Point graduate, the Senior Vice-Commander of American Legion Post #187 in Wake Forest, an 13 year veteran of the Krispy Kreme Challenge, a hasher (drinkers with a running problem), a real estate investor, an HOA President, an antique collector, a dog lover and a two time collard greens contest winner. I also love giving back to my community and to my industry and I serve on the Board of Directors of the Raleigh Regional Assocation of Realtors and as a Director of the RRAR Realtor Giving Network. I love what I do and that passion has earned me recognition as a member of the Top Producers Council. In 2022, I closed 31 transactions in the following Triangle areas: Raleigh, Cary, Apex, Holly Springs, Durham, Wake Forest, Rolesville, Clayton, Garner, Knightdale, Sanford and Smithfield. My sales volume was $13 million and ranged from a $755k executive home in Cary to a $175k duplex in Smithfield. I helped twenty buyers purchase a home and listed and sold eleven properties. I work almost exclusively with sellers and buyers referred to me by previous clients.My certifications include Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI), Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR).
