Ryan's career in real estate started immediately after graduation from Shippensburg University. After gaining construction experience at a local golf course community and sales experience at a mid-size home builder, Ryan had an opportunity to become a partner and later sole owner of HALLMARK HOMES, a local homebuilder specializing in new home construction, additions, and remodeling.During that time, Ryan also owned/operated B-DRY SYSTEM, a national franchise basement waterproofing company.After 23 years of focusing his attention on building a construction company with a strong reputation for quality construction and building strong personal relationships with his customers, Ryan decided to focus his attention on helping families with their real estate needs.
