I am a residential real estate builder and real estate broker in Charlotte, North Carolina. I recently opened Capsigna Properties, LLC with the aid of two partners in order to fill the need for managing distressed properties, and converting them to performing assets. Capsigna Properties also routinely performs general real estate brokerage in North and South Carolina. This allows Capsigna to effectively and efficiently manage the process from top to bottom, resulting in a better quality and value driven product to the consumer.I graduated from NC State in 2009 with my Real Estate Broker's License in North and South Carolina as well as my General Contractor's License in North and South Carolina.
