Mr. Brown is a seasoned real estate professional with 28 years of experience in office and medical office leasing, development and sales. Beginning in 1983, Mr. Brown helped to open the Northern Virginia office for Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. He was involved in over 2,000,000 square feet of leasing and sales before leaving in 1993, to lead the marketing leasing and sales for Atlantic Realty Companies, Inc. Atlantic has been one of the top 15 commercial real estate owners and developers in the Washington Metropolitan area since 1997. While at Atlantic, Mr. Brown was involved in over 1,300,000 square feet of medical office building development and condominium sales and leases. Mr. Brown directed the redevelopment and sale of over 650,000 square feet of condominium conversions and construction in 13 separate projects. Mr. Brown helped build the portfolio at Atlantic to over 3,000,0 00 square feet. Major medical projects include: Woodburn Medical Park I and II, Prosperity Medical Center and Shady Grove Medical Village I and II.
