Johnson & Affiliates has been striving for the last four years to provide the best educational experience for first-time home buyers and to the Military community. DavidJohnson (Team Lead) began his journey from humble beginnings. As an Active duty Soldier stationed at Ft. Stewart, he wanted to become an agent in order to better assist his fellowSoldiers and NCOs. David was an SSG at Ft. Stewart and saw multiple Soldiers being taken advantage of and sought to put a stop to it.To that end, David Johnson got his license in real estate. He wanted to better educate his peers and provide guidance in the home buying process. Furthermore, he wanted to be able to mentor, train, and lead anyone in their real estate journey. This extends to buying, selling, or investing in real estate. By supplying additional guidance and support for the military community during their home-buying process, he was able to continue to protect his community. Additionally, David wanted to ensure each person was getting what they were entitled to. Whether an individual was buying or investing in real estate, DavidJohnson understood that it was vital to learn what is needed in order to become successful both in the military and in life.Ultimately, his vision is to make sure that each client is treated like family. This is done by providing them with everything they would need to know. Each real estate transaction is accompanied by practical knowledge of the area and of financial logistics.
