Unique Valley Center site that is accessible via Cobb Lane/Manzanita Hill Road, which are both privately maintained dirt roads. The property entrance is marked by a gated entry in disrepair. (See photos for reference). Please do not trespass on the adjoining properties. The site rises up from Manzanita Hill Road towards the south boundary. A stream diagonally bisects the site from the south to the north. There is a dilapidated wooden bridge over a portion of the stream/riparian habitat. Please do not attempt to use the dilapidated wooden bridge to cross the natural drainage swale (See photos). At one time there was a wooden structure/makeshift cabin and other outbuildings on site; all were destroyed during the Cedar Fire in 2003. There are some downed trees, yet most of the natural vegetation is green and healthy. Reportedly, there is a hand dug well that is currently not in use. Electricity to the well is available but suspended. Both the well and the power pole for the electricity is located just west or right of the entry gate. Due to the varied topography, riparian habitat/natural drainage swale and other property characteristics, site development is anticipated to be challenging.
