Previous Description:
Great property close to Lake Sinclair located on a secluded dirt road. This tract has a small hunting cabin with a rocking chair front porch and several outbuildings for all your equipment. A well and electricity are in place. Several acres of open land are fenced and cross-fenced and were, until recently, used for cattle production. There is water to the fields and a cattle working station. If you don’t want livestock, this area will make a nice large food plot or dove field. There are two creeks on the property with a bridge crossing the large creek in the back. Nice hardwoods create great habitats and the signs of wildlife are clearly evident. If you would like to look at this perfectly sized property with all the amenities necessary for a great farm or recreational tract, call Mark Costello at 706-207-5850 for a private showing. Shown by appointment only.
