This property offers considerable level land, and as you walk deeper into the property, it has some slope leading down to 400' of stream frontage. An existing trail makes it easy to get to the water. A 'wall' of foliage greets you from the cul-de-sac entrance, but once on the property, the vegetation becomes a mixture of hardwoods and evergreens, creating a canopy dense enough to minimize undergrowth. It's an easy piece of property to explore, and wooded enough to offer a great deal of privacy. This land must be walked on to appreciate!
