Once in the Powder Horn Mountain Subdivision follow Powder Horn Mountain Rd past the clubhouse and lake to Horseshoe Ridge Road(west) on left. Go up the road and keep left on Horseshoe Ridge Road(west) to Deer Run make a left and the lot will be to your right. ( small 4-way intersection)
