The Association HOA fee goes to maintain the private road Summer and Winter. There are a handfull of seasonal residences on Stateline Lake. Mostly on the north shore. The Presque Isle campground and park area is maintained by Presque Isle Township and enjoyed by many, the lake is very quiet with not alot of boats or watercraft usage.
