Previous Description:
Trion Forest is 25± acres of mature natural hardwood. This tract is loaded with deer. There are numerous thickets which provide great cover, while the remainder is fairly open forest floor. There are multiple ridges, hardwood bottoms, as well as level ground areas. Red, white, and gum oaks are all over the property. This tract is a bow hunter’s paradise. The US Forest Service owns thousands of acres just across two property lines to the East. Just over a half mile as the crow flies to the West is the Chattooga River. There is an ideal homesite at the front of the property where an older, currently rented mobile home sits surrounded by hardwoods. If you are looking for a recreational homesite in the mountains of North Georgia, then look no further.
