It's in Jackson County, Springport Twp., off of Holibaugh Rd just West of Camm Rd. on South side. It is 6 acres with 3 structures. One old 1 1/2 story house that is condemned; a house trailer that is also condemned, and a hip-roofed barn. Springport Twp has told me that the Planning Committee may work with someone who has a plan that includes living in one home while bringing the other up to code. The remaining home could not remain as a residence because their rules say only one residence per legal description. The land is mostly wooded with multiple mature pear, apple, and nut trees; and it has a working (we think) well and septic system. There is electricity but the main has been turned off. The price is $49,900 as is. I think the Seller would consider a Land Contract but because of the circumstances I am not sure how little down would be accepted. Nothing on or about this property is guaranteed by Seller except the Title to the land.
