Restrictions are not written yet but will include 1200 sq ft of heated sq footage, outbuildings must match type of construction, campers may only be used for 6 months during construction, after construction must be stored to rear of home, driveway to be paved, concrete or pavers, other items to be written. Road, underground power and water aren?t installed see plat for locations. If someone were to purchase land further away from the state road in a large piece the road could be stopped earlier than on preliminary plat. If multiple lots are purchased a 10% reduction will be given on additional purchased lots.
