(7) Forestry activities, including, but not limited to, timber harvesting per 390-56. (8) Open space/conservation development per 390-60 with community water and sewer. (9) Conventional development (single-family residences) of less than 10 acres. (10)Accessory uses and structures to the above-permitted uses when on the same lot as the permitted use per390-29 and 390-30. Percolation test completed and approved for onlot septic system.
