Previous Description:
Bowdon,GA! This property has been in the same family since the 1940’s. The original house is still on the property and with a little work can be made into a good cabin. There is 13+/- acres in agricultural row crop with the remainder being mixed hardwood and pine timber. The terrain is gentle rolling to Mountain Creek. As you will see in the pictures Mountain Creek is a nice creek that traverses the width of the property which makes it a great feature for this property. There are good signs of deer on the property and the open area will make a good dove field. The row crop can easily be turned into pasture if desired and the timber can be cleared to create more open land.Note: This property was originally listed as 104+/- acres. 46+/- acres has been sold.
