Prominent view from "walk-out" type elevation. There is a grass road into the property at the top of the hill. The water is high at the bottom lake shore but ground is solid not mushy. This is a very quiet, pretty lot nicely wooded with many varieties of hardwood and softwood: mostly maple, red oak, white oak and birch. I saw few ash and a few tall jack pine plus some yellow Aspen. There is a fox den in the hillside & blackberry bushes with berries by the road.
