If not, then let me throw a few more perks out on the table. The yard has been cared for by True Green Lawn Care for the past several years. It is very difficult to find any weeds, crabgrass, etc. The grass feels very thick and soft when walking on it and the property is well groomed. It does have a gravel driveway and the cost to maintain a gravel driveway vice asphalt is not in my opinion, even comparable. In the past ten years we have only spent $3500 to refresh the driveway and to repave the same size asphalt driveway will easily run over $10K. However, there is approx. base30+ inches of gravel, this means if you really want an asphalt driveway, then this certainly should drastically reduce the cost to have it paved.
