Imagine children walking or riding their bicycles along the greenbelt to their elementary or high schools, the library, or to Community Park, where the Rainbow City playground, newly renovated skatepark, and numerous community activities await. This is more than a home. It's a connection to nature and the community. As you approach the home, you're welcomed by mature landscaping and established trees that provide just the right amount of shade for the south-facing home. North-facing large windows save on utility costs and provide unobstructed views of the private garden-like backyard, featuring a stamped-concrete patio for indoor-outdoor living. Don't miss the additional private porch off the kitchen for morning coffee outside, and the secret private courtyard off the primary bedroom, giving you another area for an outdoor retreat. Step inside to discover the warm, inviting interior defined by vaulted ceilings, abundant natural light, and excellent sightlines that create a sense of openness and connection through the home. Handsome engineered wood flooring adds warmth and character, while thoughtfully placed built-ins throughout the home provide generous storage without sacrificing the home's charm. The oversized living and dining areas provide plentiful space. The primary bedroom features his-and-hers closets with a large walk-in shower. Enjoy efficient living with dual pane windows throughout, ceiling fans in every room, and a mini-split HVAC system installed in 2013. Peace of mind comes with a CertainTeed Presidential TL 50-year roof installed in 2002, long lasting fiber cement siding throughout the exterior, a fresh coat of interior paint in 2023, and newer dishwasher, washer, and dryer. With its peaceful cul-de-sac location, direct greenbelt access, and quintessential Davis biking and walking lifestyle, this home offers a special opportunity to enjoy all that North Davis has to offer.
