A metal shed provides additional storage and includes an assortment of equipment and outdoor supplies. A separate 8-by-12-foot Graceland shed with a porch offers additional sleeping space and features insulation, power, bunk beds, an antique potbelly stove, and a propane heater. Some interior finish work remains. Located between Blackjack Campground and Martinez Ranch Road, the property is approximately 4 miles from the New Mexico border.
