About this 6 bedroom 3 bath house

Presenting an expansive Home & Shop Combo Building on 40+- Acres near Ridgeway, MO. The building is as impressive as it is expansive. It boasts 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 different garage type areas, 2 kitchens, 2 family rooms, an office, a dining room and a taxidermy shop. This is truly one that you will have to see to believe! 10' ceilings give the first floor living space an open feeling where the dining room, living room and kitchen all flow together. The living room features a propane fireplace and adjoining office. There are a total of 4 bedrooms on the first floor, with the primary bedroom also including a private, full bathroom. The guest bathroom is spacious, and includes washer and dryer hook-ups. The second floor is a private suite unto itself. The primary bedroom features a propane fireplace, adjoining full bath, oversized closet, and the bedroom walks-out to the deck. Other features include a second bedroom with a closet/safe, a living room, a kitchen, plus attic storage space. The main garage is a 3 car layout that adjoins finished shop space that has been used as a taxidermy studio. The studio offers extensive shelf and floor space, an overhead door, and stainless steel sinks. Another garage type room was recently added to the west side of the main building to accommodate a storm shelter, and extra space for a mower, atv, and other outdoor equipment. The 3rd garage type room has been used to store fishing gear, outdoor toys, and scent destroying closets for hunting gear. The farm itself is a 50/50+- combination of tillable acreage and hunting land, in a neighborhood that is known for growing big bucks, and abundant turkeys. The farmer is interested in continuing to farm it on shares, if a new owner is interested. Hunting here is excellent for deer and turkeys, complimented by a pond that produces nice bass, and plenty of panfish. Seller will consider including the furnishings, as part of an acceptable offer.
