Living and dining share a generous sunlit space with an abundance of windows and French doors opening to the north deck where outdoor dining will be a regular event. A short hall opens to two bedrooms and shared bath with a midcentury vintage style. Dressed in shades of green and white tile with a salvaged sink and a hexagon pattern of green marble on the floor. The kitchen is in the middle - there's a natural edge window seat and a bar for friends helping out at mealtime. A place for everything and everything in its place, it's thoughtfully planned and efficient. The family room in back is excellent flex space - the north light makes it attractive as an art studio, but it's also a comfortable family room with more bar seating under a bank of windows. Main bedroom is off this flex area. A sweet retreat with a southern exposure and a closet system along one wall to keep you organized. The private bath is rich with textures - glass tile, wood ceiling and beams, plus two separate vanities. Back door offers you a path to the south and north decks. On the south side, the upper deck is built around a tree. The upper deck steps down to the central seating area and again to the lower deck where you'll never forget where true north is located! A double gate opens to the driveway. On the north side, another expansive deck serves as al fresco living and dining space. If you're a dog person, you and your 4-legged pal will love the fully fenced outdoor areas. The list of improvements and renovations is long so please ask for a list when you come to visit. Get your steps in walking around Oyster Creek immediately south of you and a few more blocks take you to Marina Munch - an excellent waterfront outdoor venue for live music and an assortment of food trucks serving up some serious food. Have drinks at the cantina and revel in the breeze off the river - it can't be beat. Explore downtown on the east side of US1 - it's an easy hike or a 5-minute drive, assuming you want or need to leave your neighborhood. if you're looking for a country setting, this isn't it. If you're craving a small city flavor, X most definitely marks the spot. See you there...
