Most of the families have young children that play in the yards and cul-de-sac daily. The neighbors are great, and we have become good friends with all of them. The neighborhood is small (only 44 homes), but we are able to experience a great community with great amenities that include both a pool and tennis courts. It is a safe neighborhood. There are many great things about are home. The ones that I believe make it special are as follows: three full bathrooms upstairs, two staircases that lead upstairs, over 1 acre of property, the best backyard in the subdivision, which includes a great flat grassy play area along with a fenced in area that is perfect for pets or leisure activities with friends. Behind the yard is a wooded area that separates us from all the neighbors. Our back yard is a like a nature retreat. Sitting there with surrounded by plants and flowers and hearing the murmur of our little creek, it is hard to imagine that we are in the center of the busy East Cobb. Our screened porch is another feature we enjoyed greatly, and we spend many cozy moments there with either our friends or a good book. This house has a large, open basement that has a full bathroom, 2 storage rooms, and easy access out into the fenced-in back yard. I addition, the house has a new roof, and the exterior was fully painted the fall of last year. The landscape has been maintained since we moved in.
