Since there's never enough storage, the seriously over-sized garage is going to make everyone happy and keep your cars inside too. Cancel the storage unit and bring your "stuff" home. And now on to the sweet spot in the backyard: a deliciously cool pool with two water spouts and a built-in planter on the south side. The pavered patio provides another outdoor area for relaxation and recreation and as summer approaches, this will be a most welcome retreat. Court Edna is located at the north end of San Marco Avenue. You can be having espresso at DOS faster than making it at home (DOS: terrific coffee/wine bar with tasty treats and live acoustic music on the weekends). Groceries, eateries, some interesting retail - all within reach. Beach and downtown - just minutes by car, a bit longer by bike - urban living St Augustine-style!
Proceed to the northern end of San Marco Avenue and make the last right onto Court Edna (right across from DOS Cafe). #11 is the first house on the right. Park in front of the house.
