Life at Salt Run III is all about low key island living in an Intracoastal-front enclave. A great weekend getaway for people who love to call St Augustine their second home and revel in all the great things it has to offer. Two comfortable bedrooms flank the hall bath which has had some recent updates too. Just steps from your patio is the community pool overlooking the waterway. Get your daily exercise and dose of Vitamin D out here. Condo laundry facilities are on the other end of the B Building but a number of units have installed stackables or single-units in their individual flats. Let's talk about location: just down the road is the Conch House where you can take in a meal sitting in one of the tiki huts or listen to live music in the bar in the marina. A short bike ride will take you to a number of other local eateries, a couple of yoga studios and the prettiest beach at Anastasia State Park. A little further and you're at the Amphitheatre where you can enjoy the famous Saturday Farmer's Market, not to mention a wide array of concerts and other events.
