At present there is no back door leading to the yard so a kitchen remodel could include a side door that leads in that direction and both bedrooms could have doors added for outdoor access as well. Previous tenants have parked on the street but it is a straightforward process to get a driveway cut into the front yard to provide off-street parking. It's definitely a project but worth the effort.
