Roof is approx 15 yrs old. Although this cabin has electric, it doesnt have water connected, but it easily could. The sauna building is also an original and has a small dressing area and a place for wood storage built behind it. Has electric but no water. Prev. owner has lived year round in the main cabin in the past, for about 10 yrs. Access to crawl space is in the kitchen floor. New water heater in 2021. Updated elec panel. Very rustic cabins with lots of character and all on riverfront!! 4.5 acres go from the riverfront clear across M95.
