In 1728, Captain Glasscock married Ester ball (a cousin of George Washington) & took up residence here. This captivating Manor House is distinctly English in its Architecture. Beautiful Flemish Bond Brickwork with a rare Scrolled Soffit above the Main entrance is one of only two known examples in Virginia. Convenient to Richmond, Washington DC and Williamsburg.
