Upgraded insulation and sealants were added in 2013. Landscaping includes: thornless blackberries, lavender, pears, apples, herbs, and wildflowers. It's a short walk to San Rafael Park for balloon races or other events and provides easy access to the freeway to get fast tracked to anywhere you need to go.
