About this 3 bedroom 3 bath home

''Rancho Dos Vistas,'' meaning two views, was derived from its panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean on one side and its eternal view of the Santa Ynez Valley and beyond on the other. It's no wonder that late President Ronald Reagan chose the ranch adjacent to ''Rancho Dos Vistas'' to be his coveted ''Western White House'' while he was in office. Its beautifully appointed ocean view main house of three bedrooms and three bathrooms, has been meticulously renovated to harmonize with the ranch style of the home. Newly added wooden barn looks as though it has sat in the same place for over a hundred years, framed by Majestic Oak Trees, next to the meadow. Offering includes four parcels equaling 1,446 acres of natural beauty. This is an extremely rare offering, with nearly two miles of ridgeline and forty miles of roads meandering through untouched scenery, which rival California's National Parks. Possibilities are endless- hiking, fishing, mountain biking, horseback riding, or just escaping the hustle and bustle of urban civilization. Parcels are 081-040-020 (104.75 acres), 081-040-054 (660 acres), 081-100-045 (641.45 acres), 081-090-011 (40 acres).
