My family has enjoyed having this property next door to our home since both this house and ours were new. The sellers of the home have been our neighbors and friends for ten years. During their time in the home I've seen firsthand the many renovations the sellers have made to the home, often having the privilege of providing my feedback on these upgrades as soon as they have been completed.
