About this 5 bedroom 2 bath house

Set on 7.66 acres of open countryside, this five-bedroom Colonial delivers the space, privacy, and flexibility that define country living. A four-stall barn with attached pasture, an in-ground pool, and generous grounds create a property ready for horses, a hobby farm, or simply a quiet retreat from the everyday. Inside, the floor plan is built for both daily life and entertaining: five bedrooms, two full baths, a formal dining room, and a comfortable breakfast area. The kitchen offers cherry cabinetry painted white, tile flooring, and appliances including a built-in microwave and single oven. Hardwood, tile, and carpeting run throughout, while French doors from the dining room and a recently replaced sliding door open to the outdoors. Updated windows and a newer bathroom skylight keep the interior bright. A finished attic holds potential for a sixth bedroom, and the fully finished basement adds flexible space for a home office, gym, recreation room, or media area. Outdoors is where the property distinguishes itself. The barn and attached pasture appeal to equestrians and anyone drawn to rural life. The in-ground chlorine pool - relined roughly three years ago - anchors summer afternoons, while a wooden deck, a fenced area for pets and play, a trampoline, and a playhouse round out the grounds. An attached two-car garage handles parking and storage, and brick-and-vinyl siding gives the home its classic Colonial exterior. Major improvements are already in place: the roof and bathroom skylight were replaced late last year, the sliding door recently, and the garage door within the past two years. Gutter guards were added two to three years ago, the pool liner replaced about three years ago, and the microwave is less than a year old. Windows were updated roughly 12 years ago, and the central heating and air conditioning systems have both been replaced within the past decade. The home is in good overall condition and ready for a buyer who wants to add their own finish. Some carpeting and kitchen appliances would benefit from updating, the front porch decking needs replacement, and the rear deck is partially completed - cosmetic projects rather than structural ones. With the major systems and envelope already addressed, the work ahead is about making the property yours. Acreage, a barn and pasture, a private pool, and this much indoor living space rarely come together in one offering. Bring your vision.
