About this 2 bedroom 1 bath mobile home

This 1989 Park Model home has an 8'X35' Fully enclosed Porch. The home is typical mid-century vibe with a banana counter in the Kitchen! Located on a quiet dead-end street in Baxter Recreation Area has deep water and beach access. There are no restrictions in this seasonal property and you own your own lot too. An older but adorable gas powered golf cart comes with the home & a 2015 Battery Powered one is negotiable. I call them Herbie and The Tank but you rename them! Most of the furnishings can stay with the property. Baxter Lake is considered a clean swimming location and great for boating, fishing, Kayaking and swimming. The home is located about 1/8th of a mile or more to the water or an easy golf cart ride. Water is available 6 months out of the year and after that the common grounds shared Bath House remains open. Come check it out as this Park Model home is very comfy and grounds include a shed.
