About this 6 bedroom 6 bath house

Family Compound For Sale: 10 Acres of woods and pasture stretch east from the main homestead, perfect for a horse or two, even a favored burro. Small out buildings in pasture, with storage near parking area. Spectrum high speed internet, too! The main home has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths up, living and kitchen—with multiple food prep areas—down. Primary bedroom incorporates a large dressing area in the bedroom, with a smaller, actual, bathroom inset. Views from all upstairs bedrooms, too! Good-sized second bedroom just past second full bath, with second and third bedrooms taking up width of south side of home, each with corner windows to bring in light from two directions. Third bedroom as big as many primaries. A large, shaded deck connects the main home to the barndominium. The left apartment—Nonny’s—is one-story, has a full kitchen and bathroom at the back, with beautiful wood ceiling and laminate flooring (repeated in the East Apartment), and full tiled shower (also repeated in East Apartment). The middle utility and storage area removes the washer/dryer noise from the house, while the upstairs guest quarters were added for a family member to live in comfort for as long as they wanted, and they lived here for years. The East Apartment, like Nonny’s, is a full apartment, with the added loft to leave more space for living/office down, by moving sleeping up. Truly a unique property in an area of unique properties. The above-ground pool (added during COVID, professionally maintained) for those warmer days, the shady deck for coffee mornings and cocktail evenings. Set up perfectly for extended families--family and friends with their separate living spaces--with plenty of meeting in the middle living. And a lot of wooded and pasture land for the critters we love to love. This is big enough, wide enough, welcoming enough, to be home for a few or a few more.
