The master bedroom is HUGE and has an exercise/sitting area, a walk-in closet and a wood burning fireplace (no gas). The screened back porch makes a nice game room. There is a fenced kennel for the dogs. Enjoy your own pear and pecan trees and blueberry bushes. The house is currently under a Termite contract.
