You can do some finish work in the ceilings and trim to make this cabin your own. The 30 +/- acre lot is mostly hardwoods with maple and birch with a little hemlock and other conifers mixed in. The lot is level on the road with a significant slope just behind the cabin. With some tree removal the views from here could be excellent. The property is located in the northwest quadrant of Milo near the common corner of Milo, Sebec, Brownville and Williamsburg. Year round access is possible and it is a reasonable drive to services in downtown MIlo and about a 40 minute drive to Bangor, Maine.
