About this 3 bedroom 4 bath home

Tucked along the east side of Pinto Point on Priest Lake, this newly completed lakefront retreat offers a rare combination of privacy, protected shoreline, and stunning views. Built in 2023, this 3bd(plus 2 bonus rooms) 3.5ba home sits on approximately 105 feet of frontage in a quiet cove with a sandy, gradual beach--something not often found on the lake. The setting captures beautiful views across the bay toward the Selkirk Mountains with a peaceful, tucked-away feel and ideal morning sun exposure. A private trail leads from the home down to the water where a spacious dock with two boat slips is already in place, making lake days effortless. The home offers over 3,500 square feet with a warm rustic modern design, open-concept living, and large windows that frame the water and bring the outdoors in. Radiant floor heat, AC and breath taking views. Multiple levels create comfortable separation while still allowing for great gathering spaces. Quality finishes, wood accents, and thoughtful design throughout make this a true turn-key retreat. A detached garage is connected by a covered walkway, and the lot has been carefully planned to maximize usability while maintaining privacy. Located near Priest Lake State Park in one of the lake's most sought-after areas, this is a rare opportunity to own a newer construction home with exceptional frontage and setting. Seller is open to a potential 50% fractional ownership opportunity at approximately half of the current list price, with taxes and maintenance expenses shared proportionately. A unique opportunity to enjoy this exceptional Priest Lake waterfront property at a reduced investment. Seller will consider proposals and terms.
