A short distance to Pike National Forest and several hiking trails on the Mt Evans system, with campgrounds and 4 wheel drive trails nearby as well. No mandatory HOA, but there is a $60 per year optional HOA fee if you wish to use the fishing pond and public buildings.
Take highway 285 SW out of Denver past Conifer and through the traffic light at Pine Junction to the top of Crow Hill. Turn North at the light where the Loaf & Jug is onto CO43. Follow CO43 approximately 8 miles and fork right on CO47. Follow CO47 2 miles. The main road turn into N. Random for a short distance. The house is on your left just off the paved road. Look real estate sign.
