Nice loft between upstairs bedrooms has served as a reading space and an exercise space. Master on living level (2nd floor) with large shower, jetted tub, double vanity, and large closet. There is a versatile first floor room and bathroom with access to private hot tub. We've used this room as another living room/tv room, as a guest area. The townhome is filled with modern touches and interesting angles (almost no space is perfectly square, rather, uses modern-looking small angles. Solid construction means quiet and private. We never hear neighbors, and when you are in different spaces in the house, it's quiet. All showers and bathrooms are tiled. Heated 2 car garage can store lots of gear and 2 cars very comfortably. High ceilings throughout. Storage lofts above both 3rd floor bedrooms. Easy access to Salt Lick Trails, Mesa Cortina Trails, all ski areas, Silverthorne and Dillon super close. Summit Stage stop across street. Nice small community of owners. Only one other full-time residents. Most other units used only occasionally by owners.
From Silverthorne/Blue River Parkway at 7-11 convenience store take Wildernest Road continuing as Buffalo Mountain Dr to Buffalo Dr. turn left and look for Larado Dr. #18 is on the right, 4th unit in on Larado Dr.
