Located off Harding that feeds directly to Livernois where you can get to the High School and grocery store. Clinton River Trail and Norcentra park and the local elementary are a short walk and downtown is less than a mile walk. The corner lot allows for a rare connected garage and plenty of room for a yard. Recently purchased for the purpose of updating and reselling. The improvements include fresh exterior paint job in beautiful blue. The roof was a complete tear off and replaced. The furnace was updated and the home was painted on the inside with some new flooring and kitchen appliances. The basement is partially finished but does have a lower ceiling.
