In the same family for 40+ years, the siblings remember their growing up years with great affection and now it's time for a new generation to bring this ranch up-to-date and start generating its own memories. The south end of Coquina Avenue is a great place to hang your hat and get to know the neighbors as they walk by with their dogs or ride their bikes to the Farmer's Market and the great live concerts at the St Augustine Amphitheatre (be careful because your friends will want to park in your driveway!). Anyway you look at it, if the laid back lifestyle of Davis Shores appeals to you and having serious and beautiful outdoor space is critical to your survival, we've got the place for you. From Anastasia Boulevard turn west onto Old Quarry Road (look for the Alligator Farm) and follow it as it makes a sharp curve and turns into Coquina Avenue. #204 is on the right hand side. Pull into the driveway.
