Very nice ranch in Caledonia at a super affordable price. Awesome kitchen! Plenty of room to do your magic cooking those family meals and just hanging out. Lots of counter space and cupboards. Spacious feel throughout. Lots of natural light! FANTASTIC BACK YARD that is fenced in, and has a deck. Great place to sit and watch the kids, grandkids and dogs run and if you don't have any of those then perhaps the birds. :) Reasonable taxes compared to the city. Killips is a quiet private road, so you shouldn't get much traffic. HOME WARRANTY INCLUDED!!
3 Mile Rd to N Green Bay rod, north to Killips- It is little private road on west side of the street. If you get to 4 Mile you missed it. :)
