New Hampshire State Information

New Hampshire's major industries include tourism, manufacturing, agriculture, forestry, fishing, and mining. The state is known for its maple syrup production and its popular fall foliage. It is also home to several prestigious universities such as Dartmouth College and University of New Hampshire.
New Hampshire has a rich history that dates back to colonial times when it was one of the original 13 colonies that formed the United States of America. It was also an important part of American Revolutionary War history as it was where General John Stark declared "Live Free or Die" during a battle in 1777.
