Entry is into the living room and open to the kitchen and dining area. All new flooring, paint and blinds throughout the entire house provide a very fresh appeal! It is open and bright with many windows throughout. The double pane storm windows, HVAC and water heater were replaced less than 10 years ago. The kitchen is very nice with nice cabinets and countertops with plenty of space! The dishwasher, gas stove and microhood have all been recently updated, and the refrigerator that is shown in the pictures in the living room does convey, but not in the living room! It is too tall for the space in the kitchen, but cabinets can be trimmed to fit if the new owner wishes. The laundry is separate and has lots of space. There are two back doors leading to the fenced in backyard, one in one of the two bedrooms on the left and one in the laundry room. This home also includes The Pelican system, with is a UV light, carbon filtration, and micron filter whole home water purification system!! It's housed in the little house in front and completely filters all water coming into the home -seller says this was a life saver! This home has central gas heat and central air and uses Entergy for electric, Centerpoint for gas and City of Tuckerman for water. Just a little TLC is needed on the exterior as far as paint, possibly shutters go, but most, if not all of the inside, is move in ready! Very cute, very cozy, and will not last long!!
