If you have kids, they'll go to the best schools in the Coachella valley. if you don't, you'll appreciate the proximity to the best Palm Desert has to offer. The HOA is very reasonable and has Beautiful Pools. Picturesque Grounds, Tennis courts, Pickle Ball courts, and Miniature Golf Putting Greens.
