From Sneedville take Main Street south and Turn right onto Hwy 33 at the BP, Go for 2.6 miles to slight left onto Caney Valley Road. Go for 7.4 miles to Jackson Ridge Road on the left. Go down Jackson Ridge road for 1.2 miles to Property on the left, see flagging on tree across from a red gate (its the east side of the road being sold only) There is a road that goes up to the landing where views of the river are. Also there is a large level area for parking vehicles while looking at the property about 1/2 way down the property. There is no sign but it is across from 1440 Jackson Ridge.
