Casper, Wyoming is a small city located in the central part of the state. It is the second largest city in Wyoming and has a population of around 60,000 people. Casper is situated in the foothills of the Laramie Mountains and is surrounded by rolling hills and wide open spaces. The city has a rich history that dates back to the 1800s when it was founded as a trading post for fur trappers.
The downtown area of Casper is filled with historic buildings, shops, restaurants, and galleries.
