Hedgesville is a small town located in the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia, USA. It is situated in Berkeley County, about 10 miles south of Martinsburg and about an hour and a half drive from Washington D.C. The town was first settled in 1732 by German immigrants who named it after their leader, John Hedges.
