Ocean Shores, Washington is a small coastal city located on the Pacific Ocean in Grays Harbor County. It is situated on a peninsula that juts out into the ocean and is surrounded by the Quinault Indian Reservation to the north and the Pacific Ocean to the west. The city has a population of just over 5,000 people and covers an area of 6.2 square miles.

The city is known for its beautiful beaches, which are popular with locals and tourists alike. The beaches are wide and sandy, with plenty of room for swimming, sunbathing, beachcombing, and other activities. There are also several parks in the area that offer great views of the ocean and provide opportunities for picnicking, fishing, bird watching, and more.

The town itself has a variety of shops and restaurants to explore as well as a boardwalk along the beachfront that offers plenty of entertainment options such as arcades, mini-golf courses, go-karts, bumper boats, laser tag arenas, and more. There are also several museums in town that focus on local history or marine life.

The climate in Ocean Shores is mild year-round with temperatures rarely dropping below freezing during winter months or rising above 85 degrees Fahrenheit during summer months. Rainfall is abundant throughout the year but especially during winter months when it can be quite heavy at times.
