Kirkland, WA is a vibrant city located on the east side of Lake Washington in King County. It is situated between Seattle and Bellevue, two of the largest cities in the state. Kirkland is known for its picturesque waterfront, which includes a marina, parks, and trails. The city also boasts a thriving downtown area with numerous restaurants, shops, and galleries.
Kirkland has a population of around 90,000 people and is home to many tech companies such as Google and Microsoft. The city is also home to several universities including University of Washington Bothell and Cascadia College.
The climate in Kirkland is mild year-round with temperatures rarely dropping below freezing during the winter months. Summers are warm and sunny with temperatures reaching into the 80s (Fahrenheit). Rainfall is common throughout the year but tends to be heaviest during the winter months.
